For the Summerlin store, we paired this foundation with community-specific research—drawing inspiration from the natural landscape and energetic Las Vegas culture. This dual lens helped shape a direction that blends desert calm with a playful twist, creating a distinct and relevant experience for the local customer.

With insights in hand, we translated findings into an initial design vision—balancing regional influence, brand personality, and user experience. This direction defined key themes, color palettes, and moodboards that informed every layer of the design. The goal: an immersive environment that feels both grounded in place and unmistakably on-brand.
Defining Visual Language & Core Elements

We developed a comprehensive Style Guide to serve as a creative blueprint for the store. This document outlines the core design elements—graphic treatments, typography, material finishes, and spatial components—ensuring consistency across every touchpoint. It captures how the brand comes to life physically and visually.
From Concept to Experience

The final phase focuses on seamless execution. With the Style Guide in place, we work closely with our design and implementation teams to translate strategy into spatial reality. Every detail—from signage to textures to experiential moments—is thoughtfully curated to reflect the brand’s essence while enhancing the customer journey.
