STUDIOGEE Architecture, LLC is looking for an Office Manager to coordinate office operations and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently.  This person must be well organized, flexible, efficient, and enjoy the challenges of supporting an office of diverse people in diverse tasks. 


·         Proven office management and administrative experience

·         Strong organizational, planning, and problem solving skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to multi-task and prioritize work

·         Excellent time management skills

·         Experience with website and social media management

·         Proficiency in office programs and equipment including: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, and printers/copiers

·         Preferred knowledge of architectural design programs including: Adobe CS5, Autodesk, and Sketchup

·         Attention to all details

·        Marketing experience


·         Assist staff members with presentation boards, support documents, and other design and graphic related tasks

·         Manage and grow website and social media presence

·         Organize office operations and procedures

·         Partner with Principal(s) and Associate(s) to maintain office policies and data entry as necessary

·         Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

·         Marketing assistance

·         Serve as point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, and errands

·         Manage relationships with vendors and service providers

·         Coordinate office equipment maintenance and supplies

·         Book travel transport and accommodations

·         Lead for ordering, maintaining, researching, and organizing materials library

·         Maintain office cleanliness
